A Short History of Saltcoats’ Leflay Trail By  Rob Wilson

The Leflay trail is a short walk of about two kilometers in length which may be shortened if you wish. Bring binoculars, bird and plant field guides, some insect repellant and or a head net. The point of departure is at the "Leflay Trail" sign near the east exit road in the Saltcoats Regional Park.

The Trail begins in a climax aspen grove, and later passes through a grassy swale to another stretch where it passes long the east edge of the lake (Anderson lake).
